I immigrated to New Zealand in the late 1980s with my parents and started my career at work at the age of 18years of old. No matter where I was working and what role I worked for, I have always enjoyed providing good customer service.
Like any other role, I get to undertake various supporting roles tasks for Yang and Joanna, and I love accomplishing each task given to me. But, the most satisfaction I get from my job is when I know a client is really content with the service they have received.
When I am not working, I am a mum to a school-aged son who keeps me well-occupied. I enjoy chilling out at a café drinking my favorite lattes. I love traveling with my family in the holidays and just enjoy the time given to me.
Experience in the industry
I have been with YGFS since the foundation in 2018 and I bring a total of 15 years of administration and customer service skills to the team. With (7 years of experience in the NZ Banking Industry and 8 years in the Health Sector I have developed the skills to provide) administration and customer service skills to provide full support to the YG Financial team and clients.
With the ability to lead and manage, I always aim to exceed expectations to the highest standards. I am a dedicated, passionate, and diligent member of the team, providing expert support both internally and externally.
