About myself
I came to New Zealand in 2010 and graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Master of Marketing. One of my favourite things to do in my spare time is to play with my cat Taro. Also, I absolutely love cooking. I can merrily state that my kitchen is my playground in every sense! Honestly, I find cooking very therapeutic and look forward to panning my meals every day. Other than cooking, I love to travel with my family. Every year I look forward to exploring new places and catching up on some lifetime memories.
Experience in the industry
I joined YGFS team as adviser support in Feb 2022. I bring a total of 5 years of marketing and customer services skills to the team. During the last 5 years, I have developed many skills including effective communication skills and a tailored customer service skills to provide an outstanding support to my team and our clients. Being bilingual, I feel privileged to support many of our Mandarin speaking clients. Further, with my marketing background, I enjoy assisting the team with marketing materials and ideas in various ways.
